RON FEINGOLD BIO:

Ron Feingold has created something truly unique and wonderful in the world of comedy and music. Fusing stand-up comedy and a cappella music together may sound impossible… But Ron Feingold has done it!

Introducing Ron Feingold’s “Comedy A Cappella!” A blend of traditional stand-up comedy with ear-pleasing a cappella music all sung by one person. What makes this show special is the fact that Ron sings ALL of his own vocals! He sings the bass, tenor, alto, soprano and lead vocals in these funny, up-tempo songs and parodies. In addition, Ron created a Presentation entitled The Power of the Smile that explores how Smiling affects every aspect of your life by writing custom material and songs for his corporate clients as he is also a master at establishing instant rapport with his audiences.

This “one man vocal band” has travelled thousands of miles and crossed countless stages since it all started back in January 1990! Ron has performed in 46 of the fifty states, is a regular performer in the cruise and corporate industry and has opened for bands like The Beach Boys, REO Speedwagon, Grand Funk Railroad, BJ Thomas and Grammy winning Jazz vocalist Diana Krall.

Ron Feingold Comedy Show Questionnaire

Hello! I’ll need to gather as much information as possible concerning your company, the people attending the event and whatever else you can tell me so I can write some material by the time I get there. I’ve listed some questions to get you started, but feel free to include any and as much information as possible.

Thank you in advance for all of your help!

1. What is the specific purpose of this meeting? (i.e. annual meeting, awards banquet, etc.)?

2. What are some of the job titles and responsibilities of those in attendance?

3. Give me a list of the practical jokers in your group as well as what they do in the office, what they have done in the past or what they are known for doing.

4. List some people that have had something unique, funny or even embarrassing happen to them at work or elsewhere that everyone else would know about. Be descriptive!

5. Who in your group (at least 4 people) have a great sense of humor and probably wouldn’t mind coming onstage with me?

What about them is so interesting or great concerning their sense of humour or personality?

6. Tell me about your company? What the company does, how many employees, company goals, history, funny things that have happened in the past to or for the company, company traditions, etc.

7. What are some funny events that have happened at past parties, functions, workshops, business trips, meetings, etc.?

8. Who is the “flirt” of the group if any? The most serious person? Other interesting personalities with weird hobbies or interests?

9. Tell me about the boss. Does he/she have a good sense of humour?

A brief description would be great! Likes/dislikes/personality, etc

10. Please tell me anything that you would like me to bring up, company anecdotes, subjects to touch upon that the group would enjoy, etc.

11. What is the nature of business or primary product or service you offer?

12. What are the most significant events that have occurred in your industry, organization or group during the past year?

Contract Rider for The Comedy A Cappella of Ron Feingold

This rider is herewith to and made part of the contract dated _______ between Ron Feingold (Artist) and _____________________ (Purchaser) This rider is designed to assist and guide the Purchaser in producing the most professional performance and presentation for your event. If you have any questions concerning this rider or any of its provisions, please contact ____________at ______________. Thank you and we look forward to working with you!

1. Purchaser will provide an industry standard, professional sound system and lighting for the performance. The most important aspect of the show is great sound and lights The audience must be able to see and hear the Artist clearly!

This shall include the following items:

One Microphone (with cord) on a straight microphone stand.

A raised stage that allows for movement by the artist (a general guideline is 12 feet x 8 feet and at least one foot or more in height)

Lighting that sufficiently illuminates the performance area so the audience can see the Artist clearly with no “dark areas” in the performance area.

One wooden or metal stool on stage.

A sound check to set sound levels and set-up equipment at least one hour before the performance time. Set-up times can be arranged between Artist and Purchaser.

Sound system must be able to accommodate at least two channels or inputs (one XLR input channel for the Artists Foot Pedal Looper)

Musak Ceiling Sound Systems are not acceptable, due to poor sound quality, unless previously approved by Artist or Agency Representative.

2. Artist requests:

Audience should be seated as close to the stage as possible

Not to perform while audience is dining

Servers not to walk through audience during the performance

That all doors and entryways be closed during the performance to limit outside distractions and noise.

To be introduced by host or emcee with the provided introduction

3. Artist requests purchaser to have bottled water, ice and cups available before the performance.

4. Artist requires that no recording (audio/video) will take place during the performance unless otherwise approved by Artist or Agency Representative.
